The process of accepting international patients:
The reception ward is located on the ground floor of the hospital. While welcoming, the hospital staff provide you with basic training on how to receive, care and the discharge process. In order to be transparent in financial matters and guarantee your rights, a contract will be inked with you upon arrival. Arrangements for admission are made by the health tourism expert. After admission, you will be visited and evaluated by a physician. Together with the health tourism expert, you will be referred and admitted to the inpatient ward.

During hospitalization
During hospitalization, if there is any inquiry or if you need special supplies and services, contact the health tourism expert. If you have comments, criticisms and suggestions about the services received, inform the health tourism expert or complete and deliver the complaint form.
Discharge process
The entire process of discharge will be centered on a health tourism expert. If you wish, the hospital bill for the received services will be provided to you in English at the time of discharge. If you need medical records, inform your nurse or health tourism expert. After discharge, you will be escorted safely to your accommodation. A few days after discharge, you will be contacted to ensure the recovery process and the necessary guidance will be provided through a health tourism expert.
